  • Parking is unassigned and located behind 805 Mulberry along Sea Dog Way. There is also street parking available around the building.

8. Is it proximate to downtown Beaufort?

  • Yes, Mulberry is close to downtown and all it has to offer

10. What is the square footage range?

11. What are the bedroom and bath ranges?

  • The smallest condo is 1 Bed with 1.5 Baths and the largest condo is 4 Beds with 3 Baths

  • Yes, there will be an elevator located off the main entrance of the building.

17. Is there a deposit required at the time of contract?

21. Can I rent out my condo?

  • Yes, with a 30-day minimum

22. What is the security of the pool?

  • There will be a four foot fence around the perimeter of the pool area. There are not plans at the time for additional security.

23. Is there a way to enter units other than the auto-keypad?

  • The door to the porches is keyed; otherwise, access is via electronic keypad.

24. Will there be a closet upgrade available?

  • The developers will not offer a closet upgrade package for the first eight units.

25. Who is the internet provider?

  • Internet service will be through Spectrum internet.

26. Has the previous school’s asbestos insulation been removed? 

  • The asbestos was remediated by the previous owners, prior to the current developers taking ownership in 2020. 

27. Will condo owners get a discount for the event space?

  • The developers are considering a discounted rate for owners, nothing has been decided at this time. 

28. Will there be a designated grilling area?​​​

  • Yes! There will be an area for owners and guests to enjoy outdoor cooking by the pool.
