Does the building have elevators?
Yes, there will be an elevator located off the main entrance of the building.
Has the previous school’s asbestos insulation been removed?
The asbestos was remediated by the previous owners, prior to the current developers taking ownership in 2020.
How are insurance premiums handled?
Insurance will be billed annually and is based on condo square footage with estimates ranging from $3,000 to $6,500 annually.
How many of each kind of unit will there be?

Is it proximate to downtown Beaufort?
Yes, Mulberry is close to downtown and all it has to offer, located about 1 mile from Front Street.
What are the amenities?
A community pool, golf cart parking, bike parking and grilling area. The Mulberry community is also home to retail/business space and a gorgeous event center & pond.

What is the security of the pool?
There will be a four foot fence around the perimeter of the pool area. There are not plans at the time for additional security.
When will units be released?
A limited amount of inventory is available now! More units will be released in phases as construction progresses.

Who is the internet provider?
Internet service will be through Spectrum internet.
Will condo owners get a discount for the event space?
The developers are considering a discounted rate for owners, nothing has been decided at this time.
Will there be a closet upgrade available?
The developers will not offer a closet upgrade package for the first eight units.
Will there be parking?
Parking is unassigned and located behind 805 Mulberry along Sea Dog Way. There is also street parking available around the building.
